Hello everyone! My name is Elizabeth and I am thrilled to be returning to Arthur for a second year! I joined Arthur as a staff writer last year and am eager to continue working on furthering my journalism skills this year as copy editor. I have always been passionate about discussing human rights issues and exploring perspectives on controversial topics. I love when a piece of writing sparks connections and conversations, which is what I strive to do with all of my articles. I graduated from the University of Toronto with a major in French language learning and a double minor in History and Women and Gender Studies and I’m currently in my second year of Trent’s Bachelor of Education program. Outside of the classroom, you can find me hiking with my dog, baking, and reading. If you have a story to tell, let’s chat!
What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
